Who we are
FindYourCrib.com is an AI real estate advisor operated by Westbridge Media - F.Z.E, Ajman Freezone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (see the Legal Notice for full details). FindYourCrib is part of the ConConAI advisor network.
What we process
You can use FindYourCrib without an account. When you chat with the advisor, we process the text you type in order to understand your search and generate answers and a search profile. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into the chat - the advisor only needs facts about the home you are looking for.
Contact requests for listings
When you submit your email address or phone number via the "Request contact" form on a listing, we share those contact details with the provider of that specific listing so they can respond to your enquiry. This only happens when you actively submit the form and tick the consent checkbox. Your contact details are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with other providers.
Session cookie and frequency capping
The listings feature sets one anonymous first-party session cookie ("fyc_sid"). It contains a randomly generated ID, no personal data, and is used to cap how often you see the same recommendations and to de-duplicate impression, click, and lead events. It is kept for up to 180 days. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Service providers
We use service providers to run the site: hosting and delivery (Vercel), AI processing of your chat input (OpenAI), the ConConAI listings marketplace for property recommendations and contact requests, and OpenStreetMap/CARTO map tiles, which are loaded from their servers when a map is displayed.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you at any time. Contact us via the address in the Legal Notice.
